Vendor Registration
Register Your Booth
There will be 20 booths available for the Respiratory Care Seminar in Isaac’s Hall and Hall of Fame, as well as two prime booths. ALL booths will be assigned once your registration form and payment are received. Payment must be received PRIOR to setting up in the vendor hall or prime booths.
Vendor Information:
- The Exhibit Hall (Isaac’s Hall and Hall of Fame) will be open on Thursday, October 17, 2024, during the lunch break from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Vendor Hall is a one-day event unless your company reserved a prime booth. Access to Exhibit halls for set-up no earlier than 8:00 AM. There will be no compressed air or oxygen tanks supplied. You must provide your own gas supply. Electricity is provided upon request.
- Lunch for the vendors is included in the booth registration and will be served in the Twelve 01 Kitchen and Tap at approximately 1:30 PM.
- BOOTH REGISTRATION:
- $550.00 per booth (Regular)
- Includes booth registration (6ft. table) and lunch for 2 Vendors on October 17, 2024.
- $1,500 per booth (Prime - 2 Available)
- Includes prime placement booth registration (6ft. table) and lunch for 2 Vendors on October 17 & 18, 2024.
- $550.00 per booth (Regular)
- No booth refunds after September 30, 2024. Cancellation fee is $20.00.
- Vendor registration ends on 10/10/2024.
- Registration is not transferable to another person.
- Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification and Certification)
